


Solution 1:
Contact the store where the purchase was made and ask if it is possible to return the product. If the store accepts this option, request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Some stores cover the return costs. If the store does not, the shipping charges will be applied to your credit card.
Once you obtained your RMA number, create a ticket and authorize us to return the product to the store. Don't forget to print out the communication or email with mailing instructions from the store. We won't be able to deliver your returned product without the RMA number or without the instructions from the store.
Solution 2:
If the store does not accept returns or you do not have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), you can choose from the following options:
- Authorize us to deliver your package to a third party in the USA.
- Authorize us to deliver your package to a third party in Miami.
- Authorize us to deliver to your country, which is subject to extra charges.
NOTE: Any of these options may cause handling, delivery or warehousing charges. Your package could be stored for up to 6 months with warehousing charges. After this period all responsibility from TransExpress is terminated as stated in our terms and conditions.
